Brandon Robertson (Owner & Primary Engineer): The founder and original owner of the studio. His experience is vast and plentiful, with over 7 years and 10,000 hours of studio-time under his belt he is capable of handling virtually any audio project need and has the skilled ears to make any of them shine. He is a trained musician capable of playing (and understanding the unique challenges) of over 15 different instruments. His personal tastes and studio experience are very eclectic, although his genre focus is in the wide range of indie styles and heavier styles of rock, metal and power-pop.

Trip Irish (Studio Manager & Primary Engineer): The Studio Manager at Anchor, has been a professional recording engineer and musician for over 10 years with countless hours of studio and stage time to his credit. Originally from the East Coast, he has played with over 70 musicians from around the US in most styles of music. Trip is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and holds technical certifications and diplomas from The Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, The American School of Luthiery, Apple Computer, Digidesign/AVID and Sweetwater Sound. He is a creative and skilled tracking and mix engineer and focuses primarily on live bands and artists that play acoustic/folk, funk/jazz, rock/metal, and experimental electronic music.
