MIXING & MASTERING RATES: You may choose to have your mixing/mastering done by the hour at the hourly rate you bought-in at or purchase a flat rate package. See flat rates below:
Mixing Flat Rates:
• $75 per song – 31 plus layers
• $55 per song – 11-30 layers
• $30 per song – 10 or less layers
•
Mastering Flat Rates:
• $60 per song – done by acclaimed mastering specialist Steve Creech
• $25 per song – done by a lead Anchor engineer
• $20 per song for advanced redbook CD authoring
*What you are getting with flat rates and why you should choose them!
Flat rates include up to 3 revisions which guarantees your satisfaction. Flat rates for
mixing/mastering mean that the services are performed without the client present. You will receive your finals for approval via email or CD, or will be invited in to listen at the studio at the engineer's discretion. This is a really good deal over hourly rates because it typically takes 3-8 hours to properly mix a song, and as much as 3 hours to master one. ("Rush fees" may apply for work done on tight deadlines. Some very complex projects may not qualify for these rates.)
Instrument Rental Options: Rates vary from $25-$75 per instrument. Please inquire about availability of instruments. Some selections are offered at no cost.
Other Rates: We do have other charges that do not apply to many clients that involve extra disc creation, data archives, data transfers, and other miscellaneous requests clients sometimes have. These rates are posted in the studio and are inconsequential and minimal. We'll be sure to let you know about them before you are charged.
