Booking
Please plan ahead and be prepared to book your session several weeks in advance.
Planning ahead is the most important part of booking with us. Most of the time it will take a minimum of 3 days advanced notice for small sessions, and for larger and longer sessions, please plan on 2-8 weeks advanced notice. We have a lot of engineers and a lot of sessions coming through here keeping us busy but we will do the best to accommodate your needs.
When contacting us, please understand that it often takes us 48 hours to get back to you (we obviously can't be making or taking calls during sessions). It is advisable to always include an email address when contacting us as that is often the quickest way we are able to respond.
We are a very flexible facility and can operate 24 hours a day. We'll do whatever we can to get your session started as soon as you need, so prepare to have a few dates or date ranges in mind when contacting us about final bookings.
Weekend spots are the most desirable and fill up the quickest, so if you are even considering a project and know that you need weekend hours, please contact us ASAP because those are booked the furthest out. Be aware that weekends are so popular we require advanced deposits for all Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions.
