Booking
Please plan ahead and be prepared to book your session several weeks in advance. Keep in mind that the most effective recording sessions happen with finished arrangements and rested, rehearsed musicians.
Most of the time it will take a minimum of 3 days advanced notice for small sessions. For larger and longer sessions, please plan on 2-4 weeks advanced notice. We have several engineers and a lot of sessions coming through here to keep us busy, but we will always accommodate your needs the best we can. Also, please keep in mind that Anchor Recordings is a very flexible facility and can operate 24 hours a day, including for complete date lockouts when needed.
When contacting us, please understand that we do our best to stay available however someone may not be free to answer the phone during sessions. If we aren't available, please leave a voicemail with your full name and the best telephone number for you and we will return your call ASAP.
We will do whatever we can to get your session started as soon as you need, so prepare to have a few dates or date ranges in mind when contacting us about final bookings. Weekend spots are the most desirable and fill up the fastest. So, if you are considering a project and know that you need weekend hours, please contact us ASAP because those are booked the furthest out.
