OUR STORY:
Here's our story,
our background, and why using our studio for your next session makes so much sense.
We started from the ground up as engineers and musicians, initially starting with very little to work with as a small project studio in 2004. Our philosophy is to always respect the art of music - the music you create - and to understand your personal style and musical ideas. We merge our vast knowledge and experience with your vision to provide to you a truly great recording.
Not only are we musicians and recording engineers, but we handle our business as you would expect a professional to. We are reliable and upfront, our business goal is to be nothing less than the studio that exceeds your expectations. We care about your project no matter who you are or what your project is. We are always clear about our services and prices so you never get cheated or have to worry about surprises.
Furthermore we understand that skill, knowledge and experience are far more valuable than the tools we call toys. With that in mind, along with the goal of keeping our rates affordable, our large and diverse equipment list is comprised of recording gear that offers exceptional sonic value for its price. We integrate both Macintosh and PC systems to utilize the best software available on each platform, including familiar programs such Pro Tools, Sonar, Logic and many other, more specialized programs. We of course offer all the basic production abilities that musicians have come to expect from studios including pitch-correction, drum replacement, mastering and more - although we always prefer to capture the sound as performed by you.
On top of that, with our new facility that we built from the ground-up, we can finally offer an environment that is perfectly suited to all types of audio needs. We're very proud of our new studio and think you'll love it as soon as you step in the door.
SERVICES:
People frequently inquire if "we can handle their project need." The answer 99% of the time is "YES". There is very little in the world of audio and recording that we can't do, and do well. Whatever your genre is, we can do it. Are you recording commercials or doing voiceover work? Are you looking to have your home recordings mixed or mastered? Are you wanting to do a live recording with the whole band? Our rooms and gear are perfect for this!
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:
One last and very important thing we want to point out is our pricing strategy and why we have attempted to keep our rates almost below reasonable. What we know from doing as many sessions as we have (well over 20,000 hours of them), is that the most important factor in making a great sounding recording is time. It takes time to get instruments sounding their best, it takes time to get the best takes, it takes time to record layers, make edits, mix and master... and this is exactly why we have low rates for bulk-sized sessions.
We understand that most musicians are struggling to come up with the cash to record, but we hope you take the time necessary to make your recordings sound ideal.
